Rotary Employment Partnership with Inclusion Alberta
Andre will be speaking to you today about the Rotary Employment Partnership. The Rotary Employment Partnership is a partnership between Rotarians and the non-profit organization Inclusion Alberta. The goal of the partnership is to create meaningful, paid employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Since its inception in 2000, Rotarians have helped Inclusion Alberta facilitate the fulfilment of over 800 jobs across the province. Andre will draw on his experiences today as an inclusive employer to share the innumerable benefits that hiring inclusively brings to a business. He will also share how YOU can get involved with the partnership to make a lifechanging difference for a jobseeker.
Andre Charrois, a member of the Rotary Employment Partnership steering committee, works with the Edmonton and area community to develop meaningful jobs for people with developmental disabilities.
