update on Youth Services

Youth Services Chair, Edmond Mondol, together with the committee members, will review group's past, present and future.

Activities include;

1. Youth Exchange   (YEX)
   1. Outbound Student 
      1. Selection of student for 2023-2024   and 2024-2025
   2. Inbound Student 
      1. Host parents for our exchange student
      2. Placement of student in a high school for an academic year
      3. Jasper Ski/Snowboard Trip for all the district's exchange students  Dec 1 to 3, 2023
      4. Trip to Ottawa in January 2024
      5. Trip to Tumbler Ridge June 6 to 9th
2. District 5370 programs:
   1. Rotary Youth Leadership Experience (RYLE)
   2. Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN)
   3. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
3. Adventure camps:
   1. Rotary Adventure in Citizenship  (Ottawa)
   2. Rotary Adventure in Human Rights (Winnipeg)
4. Financial support for youth programs in Edmonton
   1. Start2Finish - Running and Reading program
   2. Kids on Track
5. Interact - for young people ages 12 to 18
6. Rotaract - for those 18 years and older.
