Centre Hope - Social services coordination for vulnerable and at-risk youth in Edmonton

Please join our Rotary Club of Edmonton meeting via zoom on Monday, February 8th to hear about Centre Hope.

Centre Hope provides a "Coordinated Youth Response" to immediately get youth (aged 15 to 24) the support services they need.

While starting as a response to covi-19 crisis, the model has proven useful and efficient such that additional agencies are joining.

Participating agencies are:

- Boyle Street Community Services

- Youth Empowerment and Support Services (YESS)

- Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society

- C5 Community Services Northeast / Ubuntu

The goals of Centre Hope:
1) Connect youth with agencies right away so they can more quickly get the help they need
2) Work better together to increase access to services and build a network of care.
