First Two Months in Switzerland

Here is a note from Nelson Nolan, our Rotary exchange student.

Hello Downtown Rotary Club. This is Nelson and I am the outbound exchange student for the club. I am currently on my exchange to Basel, Switzerland. In my first two months here I have already acquired many great memories and experiences. I am learning High German and in the process of understanding the Swiss dialect of German. I have already travelled to France, Italy and numerous parts of Switzerland. I suppose I can be classified as a tourist now.  It is incredible how much you learn each day from just being in another place in the world. I am optimistic for the rest of my exchange and excited to share my experiences with you when I get back.
