The Rotary Club of Edmonton Northern Lights are the organizers and it is an opportunity for all Rotary Clubs in the Edmonton area to come out and enjoy some fresh air and meet the Rotary International President Sakuji Tanaka.

Everyone is invited to celebrate Rotary Day with us at Fort Edmonton on Saturday May 11th.

We have "clean up the park" planned for the morning, with the President of Rotary International-Sakuji Tanaka joining us for the clean up! Then a bbq with entertainment, including Country Singer, Shawna Lynn and a band.  Please bring a potential Rotarian and/or family members with you!

 The schedule is as follows:

9-9:20 Registration, maps and supplies distributed
9:20-9:30 arrive at clean up site area
9:30-11:00 clean up assigned area (mostly leaves and light trash in each area)
11:00-11:30 Words from the President of Rotary International Sakuji Tanaka and District Governor Kevin Hilgers, on the steps of Fort Edmonton.
11:30-1:30 Free BBQ (Sponsored through Driving Force.

Casual wear, including boots or runners and please bring gloves for the clean up!

Call or e-mail Rene to let her know if you can attend and if so how many people you are bringing with you.  We have to let the Northern Lights Club know by May 1st so that they can order enough food and drinks.
