Special Guest District Governor Terry Drader will be our speaker on Monday. Terry is a charter member of the Drayton Valley Rotary Club and has been a Rotarian for 14 years. Terry's classification is Construction - General Contractor. He is a Past President and has also chaired many committees at the club level. In Terry's year as Membership Chair his club received the award for most increase in membership in one year (70%). Terry is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society He is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation District Service Award and is also a recipient of the Alberta Centennial Medal. One of Terry's Rotary highlights has been travelling with his wife Mary (also a Rotarian) around the world on two separate occasions, covering 26 different countries, visiting former Rotary Exchange Students and GSE Team members and attending numerous meetings at Rotary Clubs around the world, gaining understanding and insight of how the vision of Rotary inspires the rest of the world. Terry and Mary own their own General Contracting & Consulting Business and are also involved in Land Development. They are actively involved in their local Anglican Church. Terry and Mary have 6 children and 3 grandchildren.
