The Rotary Club of Edmonton is pleased to host Councillor Ed Gibbons for lunch this Thursday.

Ed Gibbons, Councillor of Ward 3, remembers 118 Avenue in its heyday. He's delighted that 118 Avenue is returning to its roots as a vibrant community, filled with restaurants, ethnic shops and a diverse array of arts and services. Most importantly, families of all ages and sizes are calling the surrounding area home.

"When I lived there, 118 Avenue was a major thoroughfare," notes Gibbons. "It's a privilege for me to support the revitalization of this historic community. As a City Councillor, I'm proud to have worked with the community on many aspects of the revitalization project."
