Our Rotary Program will feature a report from Eve Dewart, who was our Rotary Youth Exchange Student. Eve's Exchange country was Finland.  This is how Eve introduces herself.

"My name is Eve Dewart and thanks to Edmonton Rotary, I was given the opportunity to spend the 2009/2010 school year in Tampere, Finland. It is Finland's third largest city and is about a two-hour drive north of Helsinki. I attended Tampereen Yhtesikoulon Lukio, a high school with a performing arts focus. I was able to learn to speak some Finnish and get a close look at Finland's lifestyle and culture. Some of my most memorable Finnish experiences are going to sauna, eating reindeer, attending graduation and going to the capital, Helsinki. While there I also had the opportunity to travel to several other countries, including Russia, Denmark, Italy, France and Germany. It was an amazing opportunity for which I am truly grateful.

Now that I am back home in Edmonton, I am attending Archbishop MacDonald High School once again and pursuing my interest in sports, particularly volleyball and sailing."
